CARITOR PATTERN & INTERVIEW - 09 MAY 2007 - BANGALORE

Hi Friends

On 9th May CARITOR made its way to our college to recruitment. Our college is one of the oldest and famous college in INDIA.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

ROUND-1: GENERAL APTITUDE
It consists of 3 sections, Total 35 questions of one hour

section-1: APTITUDE
In this section 15 ?ns of 4 marks each were asked, some are little bit easy, some are puzzles, take time for this section

section-2: ENGLISH
In this section 10 questions of 1 marks each, fill in the blank type, very easy, solve first this section

section-3: REASONING
in this section 10 questions of 3 marks each given, some are confusing, some are very easy one essay wil be given for ten minutes, each section has different cut off, so attend all sections, total 140 were written and 60 were short listed for next round

ROUND-2: GROUP DISCUSSION
in each group 10 members were there, topics were very easy like globalisation, industialisation in agricuturer land etc... no much elimination in this round
45 were selected for next round

ROUND-3: TECHNICAL
In this round branch oriented subject questions wil be asked,  i was asked my MECHANICAL subjects like FM, THERMAL, TOM, EM.... all are easy questions for 20 min's..after this round 35 were selected

ROUND-4: HR
all are genaral questions, tell me about yorself, why software?, family back ground etc.. after this round finally 16 were selected .. THANK TO GOD I ONE OF THEM
