CTS PATTERN - 23 JUL 2005 - BANGALORE
Rated : +0 , -0
Hello Friends

This would be the pattern of CTS for Freshers held on 23rd july at Bangalore.
I would like to thank Friends Madam whole heartedly for her continuing endeavour to help freshers like us.
I would like to thank all the group members for sending the latest info/papers which is more or less
invaluable.

The pattern was

1. Written test
This consisted of 40 qtns ; 60 mins with negative marking. Some of the questions were from
R.S.aggarwal Quantitative Aptitude and also some GRE Analytical(old format)  type questions. the cut off
was presumably 15.

2. HR nd Tech Interview
Once we r shortlisted we would be given a form of Cognizant, which had questions like
i. What are u'r Strength and weakness
ii. what r the qualities that make an good software engineer and why do u think u
can become an good software engineer.
iii. what are ur hobbies/areas of interest
iv. what are u'r achivements co-curricular nd extra-curricular

HR questions were  largely based on above questions.
Technical aspect depends on the interviewer. some of them ask basic questions on a wide range of topics,
for BE(cs) nd MCA it would be on OS,DBMS,C,Data Structures,OOPS.  Some of them ask for u'r favourite
subject and go a bit deep into it.
