SATYAM PATTERN & INTERVIEW - 25 MAY 2007 - NADIAD

Hi Friends

I am Vishal Parmar from DDU, NADIAD, Gujrat.. Satyam came on 25'th of May, 2007 to our campus for interview.

Eligibility criteria :
Ssc:  65% (aggregate)
Hsc:  65%(aggregate)        
Be cut-off: 60% (aggregate)

It has 3 rounds of selection procedure.

1. Written test : it was totally logical.

One q. was from algorithm. We have find it's output.

5 options were given for all the questions.

Total 15 questions were there. And guys there were also negative marking of  0.25 for each wrong one and  +1 for each correct one. The time duration was 30 minutes. The quality of paper was tuff. For preparation you have to refer R.S.AGGERWAL. APPTITUE as well as verbal non verbal.

There was one question from logic chapter from rs agg. We have to find next figure. there were also questions from chapter percentage, age, puzzles, series etc. The main thing was you have to give test with full presence of  mind and  please guys don't guess answers as there is -ve marking.
There were total number of students who appeared 4 the test was 121. And only 39 got through. I was one of among them..

2. GD (the most elimination round of Satyam procedure!!!!!!!!)
The gd went for 10 to 15 minutes. 10 students were there in each of the group. Our topic 4 the gd was "the effect of media on teen agers". If you have good communication skills and If you can talk in English With fluency then it is very easy to clear this round. Always try to initiate gd because it carries maximum marks. total 20 student cleared this round I had not cleared this round so I was out of the procedure. So I have no experience of pi.

3. Tech + hr interview
I am explaining you some of my friends interview. There were 2 panels for this round. One was an HR lady named Sumitra Srinivasam. She asked all ques. Regarding HR. Other was a technical person He asked all questions about the projects you have done. So try your best for this total 11 students got through in pi.
