TCS PATTERN & INTERVIEW - 30 AUG 2005 - BHUPAL

Hello Friends

I am dushyant from indore sending my experience about the recruitment of TCS

friends the written test of us held on 30-8-05 at OIST BHOPAL. from 3000 students nearly 600 people are called for the interviews on 20 and 21 of august at mumbai.

written test- written test is exactly in accordance with the usual pattern of the TCS

ENGLISH SECTION:-

1) the antonyms and synonyms are exactly from barron's book. you are required to prepare 750 words from the list.

2)The paragraph that i get was also from the barron's paragraph--the paraagrap of american nigro writers from the model paper no. 4.

3)The fill in the blanks are not belong to the barron's but they were so easy.

APTITUDE:-

please solve previous papers of TCS aptitude questions are exactly repeated copy of previous papers

CRITICAL REASONING:-

1) new albio sanatory problem of one of the papers of baron.

2) a problem related to five people in which one is speaker,one is writer and other and you have to find a group with certain restrictions a problem of baron model paper.

3)a problem related to football ,hockey ,basketball players it is also
belong to baron.

the Q.2 and Q.3 of critical reasoning are very very easy and you can solve them also very quickly if you are seeing them first time.

I have cleared my written test and then called for the TECH and HR interview on 21-8-05 in mumbai.E

You must prepare well your resume and should be able to explain every thing included in your resume that is name, native place, academics, family backgrounds and every technical subjects mentioned in the resume and also well prepare on your projects.

My interview was in thakur institute of technology and mngt. Mumbai

I:I was confuse although it was an easy q.and I was know answer but I told no.

Panel:how will you perform polymorphism
I:sir by using virtual functions

Then they ask me about my both projects in detail and ask q. On that then he ask me q. About my hobbies and tell me you should leave now I:thank you sir to both of them seprately

They had offered me tea in between interview but I refuse that

After 10 minutes I informed that I got cleared the tech.interview and they given me a blue form to fill.while I was filling form there was a call for HR Interview

I: I asked about tcs training programme and what should I do before joining tcs

We have given a toll free no.to get result.I selected on 26-8-05 in tcs

Please remember that you should confident for whole interview and eye contact is must. Other things are very easy and you can do it
