TCS INTERVIEW - 08 JAN 2010

Hi Friends

Now a days dey have changed their pattern of Aptitude.

In interview there was only one round.. Technical nd HR combined...

4 ECE students they arranged separate interviewer.. they were well versed in technical field.. they asked very simple questions about mosfet, communication stuffs... no need to worry but basics must be clear...

Then they asked me about.. cloud computing, encapsulation, oops concept...

Remember onething if you dont know the answer, say straight I dont know sir/madam (in my case there was a lady 1:1 interaction)

they give stress on project...
they asked me----------
1) about procedure of selection of project..
2) difficulties faced...
3) how they are solved..
4) explain the project
5) what still undone. etc etc..

IN HR round...they asked...
1) tell me about urself
2) yuur stress
3) what do you do using internet
4) hobbies
5) about achievements
she asked me "you have many cirtificates of drawing in school level.. have you own any competition after school level?"
6) do you know terms nd conditions of TCS....
i told no,, she explained....
7) she asked "you are from ECE... you have to know many software stuffs.. are you comfotable with new technologies? how fast can you learn a new thing"

ALWAYS RESPONSE +VE LY

8) you have to tarvel all over india.. are you comfortable 4 dat....
I replied ready to travel world wide,, she smiled....

9) asked about college level participation in any event... questions on dat... can you lead the team....?? can you be a member??
if you are given a responsibility to lead the team but members dont like you what 'll you do?

THEY CHECK YOUR CONFIDENCE EVERY MOMENT... at the end she shook hand....

after almost 7 days results were out... 19 were selected from 35 students who cleared apti.. I WAS ONE OF THEM.... THANK you ALL..
