ME:

Good Morning sir,
Firstly I would like to thank u for giving me an opportunity to introduce mself
Iam bharath frm tirupathi.
Now iam im Persuing my final bech in CSE from RGMCET with an aggregate of 75%
I did my intermediate  from Vivekananda Educ Academy with 96%
I did my schooing  from  Vivekananda Vidya Mandir with 87%
My father is a farmer and my mother is a good home maker
My strengths are Hard working,confident and disciplined
Iam a team worker and I like working in a group because no one in this world knows everything  we have to share our knowledge and it  will be  helpful  to the growth of the organisation as wel as me.
My short term goal is to get a job in TCS which I feel a better place to put my theoritical knwoedge  to practical wrok.
My long term goal is to see TCS as worlds no.1 IT firm and I would like to be a part of  its success.

HR:Why should I hire you?

ME:As I'm a fresher I did not have any experience, but I am very eager to learn new things.
Im confident that I can cope with your expectation and along with your esteemed training & guidance it will be able for me to prove myself and I assure you that I will perform more then you expected if I get hired.

HR:What are your Strenghts and Weaknesses?

ME:My strengths are hard working ,confident and discipined.

My weakness is i spend more amount of time in a particular work  until my work has done properly.

HR:ok,Why  TCS?

ME:TCS is providing great opportunities for freshers like me to do research and invent new things which will be helpful to the growth of org as well as me.TCS is  providing good visa program also. Sir I think, its the best place where I can put my therotical knowledge and skills to practical work.

HR:Good,What makes you angry bharath?

ME:No one take care about the one who shows anger all the time.

But every one will react for the one who shows  anger rarely. Its impact will be good.

I will get angry only for the problem which could never be solved by my calmness..


HR:Can u work under pressure?

ME:I like to work under pressure because our hidden potential may be explode in this kind of situations.

HR:Who is your inspiration?

ME:My failure has inspired me a lot because I learnt how to face situations in life from which I developed confidence and decided to work with dedication and hard work.

HR:How much salary u want?

ME:Sir, TCS is a gobal MNC it has certain standard policies in giving salaries to its employees
So ia also want the salary as per  company norms.
